Reunion Giving for CdeP 1s and 6s
Whether you’re celebrating your 5th or 80th, we hope you will join your classmates in making an Annual Fund gift in honor of your special Reunion milestone, or a friend, a faculty member, a trail, a horse, a class, a team, or a Thacher tradition that impacted your life.
Use this page to make your gift online and then see the impact Reunion alumni are having on the “Challenges” page all year long!
We are looking forward to seeing you back at Thacher June 5-7, 2026!
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Where and when do I register for Reunion Weekend?
Visit thacher.org/events/reunion-weekend for more information about the event itself, including accommodations, tickets, and activities.
2. What is Reunion Giving?
Alumni celebrating a reunion year have the opportunity to participate in Reunion Giving, a philanthropic tradition where generations of Toads come together in a powerful way to support The Thacher School. Your Reunion gift is a way to honor your milestone year, individually and as a class. This year’s deadline for Reunion giving for CdePs ending in a 1 or a 6 is June 30, 2026.
3. Is Reunion Giving different from the Annual Fund?
Reunion Giving is a cornerstone OF the Annual Fund. That is, a Reunion gift is a “stretch” contribution to the Annual Fund above and beyond one’s usual annual support. Everyone celebrating a milestone year is asked to make their own personal stretch gift to pave the trail for the greatest good of students and the School. Like the horse program and adventures in the wilderness, giving back is a tradition that ties alumni of all generations together.
4. Is there a special initiative for my class?
Reunion Committees and class reps from several classes are dreaming up impactful class initiatives to inspire their peers to come together to support a particular area of the Annual Fund, such as the horse department, health and wellness, and more. Class campaigns will be announced by class leaders by email and/or mail, and echoed by messaging from the Alumni & Development Team throughout the year. After they have launched, you may check out the progress of these campaigns on the “Challenges” tab of this website.
